The cottage is newly decorated throughout and equipped with all mod cons you are likely to need, ensuring that your stay here is a comfortable ‘home from home’ experience.
Accommodation is arranged over floors two and three of a three storey building (the ground floor is a garage not accessible to guests). Please note that the bedrooms and bathroom are located at the top of two flights of stairs.
Kings Cottages provides one super-king bedroom with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and a twin room (accommodates three children) with one bunk bed and one single bed, together with a chest of drawers. All duvets and pillows are ‘soft touch’ and all duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are included.
The bathroom is also situated on the top floor, complete with bath, shower, wash-hand basin, lavatory and heated towel rail.
The main living space consists of an open plan kitchen/sitting room situated on the first floor of the property. The sitting room has a triple sofa and two single chairs positioned around a flat screen television, DVD player and Bose music system.
The kitchen is complete with modern oven, 4-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer. There are fitted units throughout and a fridge with an ice tray.
The kitchen opens out on to a small terrace complete with table and chairs.
There is a space under the stairs in the entrance hall on the ground level where beach equipment and shoes can be stored.
We request that sandy or wet clothing be left and hung in this area to dry.
Private parking is available in front of 8 Kings Cottages.
Additional parking is available in the long-stay car park (approximately 5-7 minutes walk away)
